By accessing or using the collabai site and services (operated by Koliakos SA), you accept these terms and conditions and our privacy policy.
Use of collabai.ar, the application, Decision Board, decision simulator, API integrations, and other published services (pilot, workspace, reports, etc.) constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services. You must be at least 18 or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
collabai offers tools for founders and teams: validation, strategic diagnosis, Decision Board (decision records, evidence, AI analysis, reports, copilot), scenario simulator (DSE), connected context sources, shareable reports, and third-party integrations. Services support decision-making; they do not replace personalized legal, financial, medical, tax, or investment advice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.
Part of our services rely on artificial intelligence via APIs to third-party large language models (LLMs). We do not use our own or locally hosted models. AI-generated results (e.g. profiles, compatibility, recommendations, strategic diagnosis content, or report sections) may contain inaccuracies or may not suit your case. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of such results. You are responsible for how you use them and for the decisions you make. You must not present results as solely human-generated when they are from AI.
You agree to use the site and services lawfully, without violating third-party rights or our conditions. Information you provide (in applications, forms, or payments) must be true and up to date. You may not use the services for fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes towards collabai, other users, or third parties. Breach may result in suspension or termination of access.
Site content (text, design, trademarks, logos) is owned by Koliakos SA or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, or exploit it without permission. Data and content you provide (e.g. in forms or applications) remain yours; you grant us the licence necessary to provide the services, improve our products, and comply with legal obligations.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Koliakos SA and collabai shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, lost profits, data loss, lost business opportunities, or decisions you make based on AI outputs. Services are provided «as is» and «as available». We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free analyses, or specific commercial outcomes. Our aggregate total liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100) for free accounts, or (b) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim for paid accounts. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case the maximum limits permitted by law apply.
Paid products or programs are governed by the prices and conditions shown on the site at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through external providers (e.g. Mercado Pago or Stripe, depending on active configuration). Refund or cancellation policies are stated on the product page or at purchase; if in doubt, contact us at hola@collabai.ar.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence. For legal enquiries: hola@collabai.ar. Unless your jurisdiction requires another forum, disputes shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. If you access from the United States, Latin America, or other countries, you are responsible for complying with local laws applicable to your use of the service.
You are responsible for all content you upload (decisions, evidence, sources, files, copilot messages). You represent that you have the right to upload it and that its use on collabai does not violate third-party rights or confidentiality obligations you cannot breach. You grant us a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit to subprocessors (including LLMs), and display that content solely to provide and improve the service. You retain ownership of your content.
The service is not designed or certified to process, unless we agree otherwise in writing: regulated health information (e.g. HIPAA), full payment card data (PCI-DSS), third-party trade secrets without authorization, sensitive biometric data, classified or export-controlled information, or special categories of personal data where the law requires safeguards we do not provide by default. Do not upload content you are not authorized to share with a cloud AI provider.
If you generate a report with a public link (share link), you control who receives it. Anyone with the link may access the content while it remains active. collabai is not responsible for voluntary disclosures you make or for third-party use of the link.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Koliakos SA, its directors, employees, and contractors from claims, fines, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your content or use of the service, (b) breach of these terms or applicable law, (c) violation of third-party rights, or (d) upload of prohibited or unauthorized data under this clause.
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if we detect abusive use or fraud, or for operational or legal reasons. You may stop using the service at any time. After termination, we may delete or retain data per the privacy policy and applicable law.
If you use API keys (collab_live_* / collab_test_*), you are responsible for keeping them secret, revoking them when appropriate, and for everything connected systems do under your account. Do not share keys in public repositories. We may rate-limit, restrict scopes, or revoke keys for abuse.
