Use of the collabai.com website and the services offered (including the Validation Program, strategic diagnosis (e.g. Tier 2, Tier 3, or other tiers published on the site), Founder Profiling, Co-Founder Compatibility, Co-Founder Matching, and any related tools or content) constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
collabai offers services for founders and teams: idea validation, strategic diagnosis (a report based on your information, using AI and expert review as per the product purchased), founder profiles, co-founder compatibility assessment, co-founder matching, and related content or programs. The site may include a short, free first-read experience that is orientational and commercial; it does not replace the full paid diagnosis report or constitute personalized professional advice until you purchase the relevant service. The specific description of each product or program is on the site. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services or access conditions, with reasonable notice when possible.
Part of our services rely on artificial intelligence via APIs to third-party large language models (LLMs). We do not use our own or locally hosted models. AI-generated results (e.g. profiles, compatibility, recommendations, strategic diagnosis content, or report sections) may contain inaccuracies or may not suit your case. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of such results. You are responsible for how you use them and for the decisions you make. You must not present results as solely human-generated when they are from AI.
You agree to use the site and services lawfully, without violating third-party rights or our conditions. Information you provide (in applications, forms, or payments) must be true and up to date. You may not use the services for fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes towards collabai, other users, or third parties. Breach may result in suspension or termination of access.
Site content (text, design, trademarks, logos) is owned by Koliakos SA or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, or exploit it without permission. Data and content you provide (e.g. in forms or applications) remain yours; you grant us the licence necessary to provide the services, improve our products, and comply with legal obligations.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Koliakos SA and collabai shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, lost profits, data loss, or for results arising from the use of AI or the services. Services are provided «as is». We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes (e.g. investment or commercial success). The free first-read flow on the site is informational; we do not guarantee any specific commercial outcome and it does not replace analysis from the paid product. Our total liability shall not exceed, where applicable, the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Paid products or programs are governed by the prices and conditions shown on the site at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through external providers (e.g. Mercado Pago or Stripe, depending on active configuration). Refund or cancellation policies are stated on the product page or at purchase; if in doubt, contact us at hola@collabai.ar.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For legal enquiries or about these terms: hola@collabai.ar. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Argentina.
