Pilot access · founding startups

Building is cheap.
Deciding wrong is expensive.

Collabai helps startups evaluate critical decisions before executing: risks, assumptions, missing evidence, scenarios, and operational fragility.

It doesn't decide for you. It shows how well evaluated your decision is before you move forward.

I want to evaluate a decision

We're looking for 3 startups to test the new decision layer.

Structured evaluation — not whether the decision is “good.”

Risks detected

  • Demand evidence not yet validated in the target segment
  • Sales team adoption assumed without a closed pilot
  • Low reversibility if an annual contract is signed before the test

The problem

Most startups don't fail for lack of ideas.

They fail because they execute poorly evaluated decisions.

  • They hire too early.
  • They scale without evidence.
  • They enter markets without context.
  • They build features nobody needed.
  • They confuse motion with validation.

The problem isn't moving fast.
It's scaling mistakes faster.

How it works

A Decision Board for critical decisions.

You declare what you want to decide, the outcome you expect, and the context you have.

Collabai structures the decision and generates a report with:

  • Decision radar
  • Pillar scoring
  • Detected assumptions
  • Missing evidence
  • Risks
  • Scenarios
  • Recommended validations

Radar

The radar shows how well grounded the decision is.

Scoring doesn't measure whether the decision is “good.” It measures how well evaluated it is.

  1. 1. Clarity
  2. 2. Evidence
  3. 3. Execution feasibility
  4. 4. Risk & reversibility
  5. 5. Strategic alignment

A risky decision can score well if risks are explicit.

A seemingly safe decision can score low if it rests on weak assumptions.

Assumptions

When information is missing, Collabai shows it.

If the input is ambiguous, Collabai flags assumptions it had to infer.

More assumptions. More ambiguity. Lower confidence.

This stops a decision from looking solid when it's actually built on incomplete information.

Explicit

  • The target market has the same problem
  • The team can execute in 90 days

Inferred

  • Competition won't react this quarter
  • The current channel scales without friction

Risky

  • CAC holds when opening a new country
  • One hire covers operational capacity

Simulator

Simulate scenarios before you execute.

The simulator doesn't predict the future.

It orders plausible scenarios so you don't wait weeks to learn what could go wrong.

  • · Early signals
  • · Likely impact
  • · Mitigations

Activation

A decision shouldn't end in a report.

If the decision requires execution, Collabai can activate related operational layers.

If you decide to grow the team:

  • Define the role
  • Activate hiring layer
  • Evaluate fit
  • Schedule interviews

If you decide to enter a country:

  • Find partners
  • Map risks
  • Define operational checklist
  • Track execution

Decisions shouldn't end in recommendations.
They should become executable systems.

Who it's for

For startups with expensive decisions on the table.

  • You're about to hire
  • You're about to expand
  • You're about to raise
  • You're about to launch a product
  • You're about to enter a market
  • You're about to change strategy
  • You're about to scale operations
  • You're not sure if you're validating or just moving

We're not looking for perfect startups.

We're looking for startups making important decisions.

Pre-validation

Before validating, decide if the idea is worth validating.

We assess strategic, economic, and operational merit before you spend on interviews, landings, MVPs, or campaigns.

Pilot

We're looking for 3 startups that want to avoid costly mistakes.

In this phase we'll work with 3 startups taking critical decisions who want to assess risks before executing.

  • Not a generic demo.
  • Not a chatbot.
  • Not motivational consulting.

It's a structured evaluation of a real decision.

What is collabai?

Collabai is a Decision Board to evaluate critical startup decisions before executing: decision radar, pillar scoring, assumptions, missing evidence, risks, and scenarios.

Where to start

  • Decision Boardstructured decision audit with report and traceability
  • Scenario simulatorpessimistic, neutral, and optimistic with drivers and mitigations — not fortune-telling

Not chat, an AI assistant, an accelerator, or motivational consulting.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I start?+
With the Decision Board pilot at /piloto: describe one real critical decision. If your case fits the pilot stage, you get structured evaluation with radar, scoring, assumptions, risks, and scenarios before you execute.
What do I get in the Decision Board pilot?+
Structured evaluation of a critical decision: radar, pillar scoring, assumptions, missing evidence, risks, and scenarios (pessimistic, neutral, optimistic). Actionable report—not chat or a generic questionnaire.
How long does the pilot take?+
We review each application; it is not automatic or instant. If your case fits the pilot stage (3 startups), we contact you with next steps.
What is the Validation Program and when does it make sense?+
Validation Program is the full engine in the dashboard: active mission, deadlines, operational scores (mission, execution, trust, momentum), anti-smoke on close, and audit trail. It makes sense when you already have strategic clarity and need to execute with structure and mandatory evidence—not as a first step.
Do I need a fully defined idea to start?+
No. You need to formulate hypotheses and execute deliverables. If you're at idea stage, diagnosis orients you. If you already have an MVP, it still applies: the system checks whether decisions are backed by evidence, not whether you started from zero.
Does this replace an accelerator or a mentor?+
It doesn't replace an accelerator's network or a months-long human relationship. It does replace advice without proof: here there are missions, deadlines, and evidence. You can pair it with mentoring—the engine supplies structure many mentors would ask for anyway.
What if I don't complete a mission in Validation Program?+
The mission stays open; deadlines affect operational state and scores, and you don't unlock the chain until you close what the plan requires. That's not symbolic punishment—it's explicit signal to fix focus or evidence before continuing.
Can I use it if I already have an MVP?+
Yes. Often the risk isn't building—it's whether you built on the right problem. The system still forces explicit hypotheses and proof the same way. Many founders with an MVP find the bottleneck was an earlier decision.
How do I pay and which methods are supported?+
Secure online checkout. Mercado Pago is common in the region; another provider may appear depending on setup. What the payment screen shows at checkout is what applies.
What happens to my deliverables and evidence?+
They're tied to your progress and power anti-smoke: where upload is required, loose text isn't enough. We verify evidence exists (files or links)—without proof you don't close the mission.
Do you guarantee funding or business outcomes?+
No. What we guarantee is better judgment, order, and evidence for decisions. Market outcomes depend on team, problem, and third parties—no system can promise that.
How do I know if this is for me before paying?+
Apply to the pilot at /piloto with a real decision. No purchase commitment—we review whether your case fits the Decision Board pilot stage.
How is Collabai different from a course or consultancy?+
A course gives content; consultancy gives opinion. Collabai gives a system that requires evidence: missions with deliverables, scores, deadlines, and real blocks when proof is missing. You don't advance on assumptions—you advance on what you can demonstrate.
