• Coll@bAI Ventures: Scholarship and early investment program
• Automatic Health Check: Code quality analysis

2.2 Development Time

The estimated time to develop an MVP is 8 hours, although this time may vary depending on the complexity of the project.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

3.1 Permitted Uses

• Development of legitimate and ethical projects
• Constructive participation in the community
• Use of services according to their purpose

3.2 Prohibited Uses

• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Violation of intellectual property rights
• Spam, phishing or malicious activities

4. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SERVICES

4.1 AI Providers

Our services use large language models (LLMs) provided by third parties, including OpenAI (GPT-4, GPT-3.5), Anthropic (Claude 3.5, Claude 3) and Google (Gemini Pro, Gemini 1.5).

4.2 Limitations and Responsibilities

Important: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies or outdated information. It is your responsibility to review, validate and test all AI-generated content before use. Coll@bAI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of AI-generated content.

4.3 Data Transfer

When using our AI services, your data (code, queries, context) may be transferred to AI providers located in the United States. This transfer is carried out as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you accept these transfers.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1 Coll@bAI Property

The platform, its design, features and brand are property of Coll@bAI. AI algorithms and development tools are exclusive property of Coll@bAI.

5.2 User Property

The user maintains ownership of their original ideas and projects. Code generated specifically for the user's project belongs to the user, subject to the terms of AI providers. Coll@bAI does not claim rights over the user's original content.

5.3 AI-Generated Content

The user owns the AI-generated content for their project, subject to the terms of AI providers and applicable legal restrictions. The user is responsible for verifying that the generated content does not infringe third-party rights.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Coll@bAI will not be liable for data losses due to technical failures, specific results of developed projects, business decisions made by users, or indirect or consequential damages. Coll@bAI's total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

6.1 Specific Limitations for AI Services

Coll@bAI will not be liable for errors, inaccuracies or defects in AI-generated content, failures in AI provider services, changes in AI provider policies, or losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated content without proper verification. The user is solely responsible for verifying, validating and testing all AI-generated content.
