How collabai works
Same logic as the home page, expanded: a system that forces progress with criteria and evidence—not loose content or talk without deliverables.
The four steps
Diagnosis → Missions → Evaluation → Progress. If something doesn’t close, the system brakes before you scale the mistake.
- 1
Step 1 — Diagnosis
We map where you are and the problem you're actually solving.
- 2
Step 2 — Missions
Not loose advice: concrete actions with deliverables.
- 3
Step 3 — Evaluation
Every decision and submission is scored—real validation, not talk.
- 4
Step 4 — Progress
You move forward with clarity—or we stop you before you scale the mistake.
What you see in the product (BUILD)
These are the engine rails—the same surfaces you see in the dashboard in deep validation—shown as a system, not a speech.
In the engine
Founder operational state
Active, delayed, at risk, or a nudge toward a more guided track: it reflects your pattern on deadlines and submissions—not UI decoration.
In the engine
Mission deadlines
Each mission has a time boundary: it feeds execution and momentum scores; no endless homework feeling.
In the engine
Scores and evaluation
Mission, execution, trust, momentum: we measure discipline and what you actually submit—not vanity or generic praise.
In the engine
Mandatory evidence
Where the plan requires proof, you can’t close without files or valid links: anti-smoke rules run before the LLM.
In the engine
The BUILD step-up
FREE and START structure the read and depth. The full engine—sequential missions, audit trail, Motor/Help mode—is BUILD: where the system truly shows up.
Paid diagnosis (START): AI + expert review
Tiers 1–3 aren’t a course: structured report, expert-reviewed, PDF, score, and a clear next step. AI structures; a human validates before delivery. It’s reading depth—not open-ended mentoring.
System limits
Not legal or financial advice; doesn’t guarantee investment; neither the report nor the engine replaces your market judgment.
Timing: paid diagnosis vs BUILD
After paying a tier, intake and review are async—you see status in the panel until download. In BUILD, pace is driven by mission deadlines and the evidence you upload.
